I agree, far too few people of color in the collection (especially in the 1955-present grouping). And, no women. It's a heart-warming collection, but it would even more powerful if it were more inclusive. Visibility is important for everyone.
This is a nice collection. It is however disappointing that you have not mentioned the photographers who have taken effort to do these shots. Just a link back to the original is not enough.

like others said- very few people of color and very few women. a beautiful set, but kind of lacking. I'm sure men would have felt just as disappointed to see a celebration of homosexuality through the years and seen almost all lesbian couples. a balance would have been nice. I understand older photos you get what you can get.. but in the later years there's no shortage of a variety of couples. maybe a part 3?
